What happens if the ordered product is not available?
In case product is out of stock, product value will be credited back to www.ayaannaturals.com User account as reward points or to User bank/card account used during the time of payment.

What happens if there are no one at delivery address during delivery?
If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

How much are the delivery charges?
Shipping Prices are calculated depending on  the weight on the product  and your shipping location and shown at the time of checkout. please ensure to verify the same. The estimated delivery time may differ depending on when and how you buy the product in Ayaan Naturals. Delivery for the metropolitan cities will be 3 business days. The delivery for other regional areas will be 5 – 7 business days. A business day does not include Saturdays and Sundays.

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed logistics partners & Speed Post What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, GST etc.)? There are no taxes except. All our products are inclusive of Tax

What are the available refund options?
If Ayaan Naturals is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc caused due to non-delivery. We do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors because of the bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances. However, for such orders, we refund 100% of your money.

Refund Policy
  •  If the product reached you in bad shape and later than 7 days in shipment your product cost will be refunded or we will send you another package
  • If we are unable to deliver because of wrong address, receiver unavailability then the responsibility will be on the receiver side
Shipment
  • Once the product is shipped we will share the tracking number to the receiver and you can track the package on yourself
  • In case of remote places courier people might call you to come and collect the package so expect this. But if you prefer any specific courier who can deliver it at your door steps please mention it in the comments while ordering we will send it through the courier that you suggested.
  • If the product is out of the packing when you receive please send us a picture and do not consume it. We will send you another package.
  • Because of varied climate conditions and the way it is handled during shipping there is a chance that product may become bad when you are receiving. In such case please do not consume the product and send us a communication we will refund you for the product and send you another package. There is very less chances of this happening but still we would like to keep you educated.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ayaannaturals.com or WhatsApp 9092235222 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
